To promote the establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation between local governments and entrepreneurs, focusing both parties' attention on the fact that taxes from private business activities are and will always be the main source of funding for community budgets. Entrepreneurial activities, industrial parks, the creation of enterprises, and the implementation of new business projects on communal land are the only way to create a large number of additional jobs, promote economic growth of communities, and improve people's quality of life, which is our highest strategic goal.

To facilitate the voluntary association of Ukrainian communities into Economic Unions to combine all available resources in order to be as attractive as possible to foreign investors and companies planning to enter the Ukrainian market. PROJECT FINANCING ALGORITHM

Project Selection
and Analysis

Projects submitted by municipalities (communal, social, infrastructure) and by private entrepreneurs or companies are reviewed by the investment committee. Selected projects undergo analysis to assess the status and quality of materials and documentation that will be presented to potential investors.

Project Preparation
for Investor Presentation

An agreement is signed between the project initiator and the Ukraine Development Alliance, under which we assist in preparing the documentation package for presentation to potential investors and provide support throughout the entire process until financing is secured.

The project initiator is provided with a roadmap
outlining the required steps, which include:

Development of a preliminary project and clear goal setting

Identification of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Project planning

Financial planning and preparation of a feasibility study (FS)

Financial analysis and risk assessment

Determining the Optimal Type of
Investment and Financial Engineering

The optimal project financing scheme and sources of funding are selected. Project presentations are made to potential investors. An agreement is then signed between the project initiator and the investors.
